Hickory Meadows Condo Association Members, hope you like our new website. This website will serve our members, as well as anyone looking to become a part of our wonderful Association. The site will give you a place to contact the Board, the management company and each other. The message board will give you a way to communicate with the rest of the Association, receive social committee updates and minutes from meetings.
Our beautifully landscaped town homes line a quiet street on the growing north side of Sun Prairie. The owners have had control of the Association since January 2001. All 88 town homes are 2 bedrooms, some with finished basements. They fit the needs of a variety of people, all great neighbors. With condo fees at $95.00/month, we have about the lowest fees around the area but are still able to maintain well kept grounds. The Sun Prairie Bike/Walking path runs along the north side of our association, a restaurant (Beef’O’Brady’s) and Convenient store/gas station/care wash (Liberty Station) a block away, Prairie Athletic Club a short two blocks walk and Madison just minutes away, putting the Association in a convenient location. Social Committee, Jennifer Klotzbach provides interesting activities to keep the members busy. Out door movies, cook outs and baseball games are just a few of the activities the Association members enjoy. Look for postings on our next activities and join us for fun and laughter. The Board, consisting of Bob Gorleski, Eden LaFond, Darci Kanouse, Darelene Lobenstein and Rebecca Heflin, are a conscientious team.
